Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getlocalhomepros.com and the appointment-setting service provided by Local Home Pros (“we”, “us”). By using the website or our service, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We run advertising, qualify homeowners and book duct cleaning appointments for duct cleaning businesses (“clients”). Our service is for businesses only.

Qualified appointments

An appointment is qualified when:

• the homeowner is the decision-maker;
• the appointment date and time are confirmed;
• the home is inside the client's service area; and
• the homeowner has a duct cleaning requirement.

Appointments are exclusive to the client they are sent to and are not shared with other companies.

Pricing and billing

We charge $80 per appointment we send. There is no setup fee, no monthly retainer and no ad spend charged to the client. Payment timing and method are confirmed with each client before appointments begin.

No long-term contract

There is no minimum term. Either party can stop the service at any time. Appointments already delivered before stopping remain payable.

Client responsibilities

• Contact and attend appointments promptly and professionally.
• Hold the licenses and insurance required to perform duct cleaning in your service area.
• Comply with all laws that apply to your business and your communications with homeowners.

No guarantee of results

We work to deliver the appointment volume we discuss with you, but we do not guarantee how many appointments become paying jobs or any level of revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Home Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
